Rest assure you can give 2013 attempt. Wil it be your first attempt . how are going to prepare. are you going to join any academy.

yes it'll be my first attempt! i'll try to prepare on my own with the help of forum guidance. well but on one hand i'm considering to join KIPS(but I really don't know about it, it is just located) nearby

You should join KIPS academy . . i have attend many seminars & demo classes of KIPS . . u'll surely get lot of guidance & KIPS will remove all your queries & worries. I recommend KIPS academy for preparation !

I would like to update you all that what is the
Eligibility Criteria for applying CSS exams

The age limit for the CSS test is 21 to 28 years of age.

A candidate must hold at least a second class or grade “C” Bachelor degree in any faculty from one of the Pakistani Universities or an equivalent degree or comparable educational qualifications of a foreign university.

The candidate for the examination must be a citizen of Pakistan or a person deriving his/her nationality from the State of Jammu and Kashmir.

Hope that this will help you and clear your mind when preparing for the CSS EXAMS.
